Script pages have started coming in for an upcoming book I will be working on for Image comics, hopefully the book will be out in early 2008, probably about March by now. Here is a random sample of 2 panels, I'm doing a new process with this book where I pencil the pages loosely on standard paper, scan them in , enlarge them to full size and I'll be inking digitally, hopefully this will speed up my production time, since I plan to work on this and a sequel to Villains at the same time. Wish me luck.

The Doji-Giri

Here is a page for my Legendary Anthology story, it's called the Doji-Giri and hopefully this anthology will be out later this year. I did 6 pages in it.

Done all with a PITT brush pen, not too happy with it and I've taken some liberties with shading, etc. It was fun though.

Brown Bagging it.....

So the last few weeks I've had my stash of comics I've bought stack up on my desk, along with the brown bags they put them in. Lately as I've been waiting for large files to save, or be uploaded to servers I've used them to doodle on and now I think I'm going to start doing this on a regular basis and see what develops. I think it'll be fun, so expect these to pop up more often from me. Sadly they don't scan for shit.

Sketchbook

The Oni I did on a plane ride down to Newport, CA from SF with a brush pen. The guy in the chair I've been working on here and there maybe 4 hours total so far it's been in my sketchbook and I've been trying to find the time to finish it up.
